The remuneration of the International ICAs International ICAS is offered by a flat and included monthly fee. In addition, international CIIs are entitled to additional benefits such as attractive training opportunities, paid annual leave and paid leave for parents and sick leave. The ICA`s international rates are competitive and are rich within a set post level, depending on a number of factors. The basic fee takes into account the amount of the contract and the current market rate for similar roles, as well as the living and hardness costs of the service concerned. In addition, elements such as the degree of specialization, complexity of tasks, training or experience beyond the minimum required may be taken into account. Fees are negotiated directly with each contractor, taking these factors into account in the pricing ranges applicable at each stage.
